Last reminder: BackerKit closing tomorrow

Ladies & Gentlemen,

We want to remind you one last time that BackerKit lock-down is happening tomorrow, so in about 24 hours after posting this update. This means that no more changes to your orders will be possible and there will be no exceptions.

Also, we will charge cards (for add-ons and shipping) the day after tomorrow.

What you should do before that:

• nothing, if you have already chosen your add-ons and filled in your pledge manager :)
• check you pledge manager, if you're not sure that you've got all you wanted (link below)

A short FAQ:

• If you do not remember the status of your pledge manager, simply follow the link above, log in and you will have access to all your details
• if your card details have changed, you can still update it
• if you believe that your address may change, you can always update it now, but you will also be able to do this later, as we're NOT locking addresses
• in the time left until the lock down, you can still access all the options of the pledge manager, including changing pledge levels, selecting add-ons, etc.

Please be aware that we will not be able to make any exceptions, as we're updating our numbers with the factory and any extra copies made are going to be reserved for replacements.

At the end of next week we will get back to you with a thorough update about production status.

Ladies and Gentlemen!

We're sorry for being repetitive, but we need to make sure that you - our backers - know exactly of the closing time of the Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set Backer Kit.

On December 6th (16:00 CET, 10:00 EST, 7:00 PST) we will lock down all orders. Please make absolutely sure that you've made all the necessary changes to your pledge by then. After we close the pledge manager, you will not be able to make any changes.

Seriously, no changes. We mean it. Here is a direct link to our Backer Kit.

Shipping and any other outstanding dues will be charged on December 7th at 16:00 CET (10:00 EST, 7:00 PST).

We will send another of these reminders, so - to those of you who are already done with your pledge manager - we're sorry, and we ask your indulgence in the matter. It is crucial that everybody knows we will be closing the pledge manager soon. So, if you still have things to do in your pledge manager, you can click here and be done with it today!

Pledge manager closes Dec 6; cards charge Dec 7

Ladies & Gentlemen,

As we are getting closer to finishing all files for Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set, we have set the following deadlines related to the pledge manager:

1. Locking down orders

On Dec 6th (16:00 CET, 10:00 EST, 7:00 PST) we will lock down all orders, therefore we must ask you to check you pledge and make all necessary changes until then. Until then you are still able to change your pledge level, choose add-ons, etc

Addresses will NOT be locked down, so you will be able to still change your address until about 60 days before final delivery.

Please note that once we lock pledges we will no longer to allow any changes to items ordered. As we have to update our order with the factory, we will not be able to make any exceptions to this rule.

2. Charging cards

Since shipping is charged in the pledge manager, and add-ons were also available, we need to let you know that we will charge cards exactly one day after orders are locked, so on Dec 7th at 16:00 CET (10:00 EST, 7:00 PST).

Status of production

Since mid-October, all wooden components of Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set are in mass production. This is a very long process, which we expect to be finished in March. While there are no technical issues, due to the shear amount of custom pieces, it simply takes such a long amount of time. As of today we have no delays, but the factory has warned us that Chinese New Year may introduce a few days of delay, if we increase our order (which now looks like a very likely possibility).

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Reporting live from Shanghai, China, we are happy to let you know that we have just checked the wooden elements with the full assortment of paint and they look good.

Because this is more of a show-what-is-going-on kind of update, rather than talking about it, let's have a look at the pictures. Please keep in mind that we are seeing a digital sample and the final wooden elements will be made via heat transfer, thus the color will be more vivid and drawing sharper.

Ladies and Gentlemen!

Some time has passed, and we have more images to show you. Before we do, however, for those tuning in for the first time, a word of explanation:

Snowdonia is a unique game: it's a game system. Supported by original and new designers and - even more importantly - by fans like you, it has grown into much more than "just a game". It's a testament of quirky (and often admittedly spunky) creativity of all people involved with the fun of sharing the Snowdonia experience, which results in some very, very "out there" items that will make up the 715 cards you're getting with your Deluxe Master Set.

So, before trying to guess which train cards were illustrated with the following images, just remember, that they are extra content, which does not take away from the core gameplay rooted in history and love of building railways.

Okay, with that behind me, let's get into the guessing!
