Fix pack and new expansion

Ladies & Gentlemen,
As promised some weeks back, we have put together a Fix Pack to correct card errors and this is now available for all Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set owners, whether you got your copy via Kickstarter, group pledge, from one of the few select retailers who backed the campaign, or from another source. For the past several months, Tony — our beloved designer — has also been working on a brand new expansion for Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set, called Isle of Man. We have been trying to figure out how to offer this to you at minimal cost without creating another Kickstarter campaign, and the Fix Pack solution has fortunately presented the opportunity to make this possible.
We have set up a web store with exactly 2 items: one is the Fix Pack (price: $0), the other one is the Isle of Man expansion (price: $9, which will contain the Fix Pack as well). Both items come with free worldwide shipping!
Providing the Fix Pack, while being the right thing to do, is quite an expensive endeavor for us, mainly due to the shipping costs involved. If you just want the Fix Pack — no worries, you will be able to order it at no cost to you! However, without deferring responsibility, if you enjoy Snowdonia, we would encourage you to give the new expansion a shot. By buying the expansion you will not only receive newly designed content for the game, but you will also help reduce the financial burden of fixing the cards issue. We are still not a big publisher and we still make mistakes. We try to take full responsibility for them while remaining in business so we can keep making great games. At the same time, we want to make right by our designers who put a lot of love into their games. This expansion is a result of both.
For those of you who either want to print the fix pack now waiting for the physical copy, or who simply choose not to order the fix pack at all, we have prepared print-ready files, with bleed, at 300 dpi:

At the same time, we're working on a rules errata which will be available in a digital form by the end of the year.
1. What should you order?
- If you want the new expansion and the Fix Pack together — please order the Isle of Man expansion .
- If you just want the Fix Pack, please order just the Fix Pack. (It will be shipped to you free of charge.)
2. How to order?
Go to https://nskn-snowdonia.square.site/ and select the product you want. Please use an address which will remain stable until the delivery of the Fix Pack, as address changes will not be possible,
3. Who should order?
- Every Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set owner
- If you supported Snowdonia as a retailer, please direct your customers to this update.
- If you supported Snowdonia as a group pledge manager, please direct everyone in your group to this update.
4. How long will this be open? How much does it cost?
- The order page will remain open until January 31, 2020.
- Isle of Man + Fix Pack = $9 (free worldwide shipping); Fix Pack = $0 (free worldwide shipping)
5. Is there another way to get the fix pack or the expansion?
- This will be the ONLY way to get the Fix Pack.
- There might be a limited amount of Isle of Man expansions available later on, most likely directly from Tony or at conventions, but this will be very limited in availability.
6. What happens after January 31, 2020?
- We will send the files to the printer, and we will not be able to process late orders for either item after this date (no exceptions).
- All cards will be printed at the same factory where the Deluxe Master Set was manufactured.
- We expect to have the Isle of Man expansion and the Fix Pack printed by the end of April 2020.
- We should receive them in Poland by the end of May 2020.
- By June we estimate that shipping will commence, sending the items via local post to all who ordered.
- Depending on where you live, delivery is estimated between June and September 2020.
7. What's the deal with this expansion? What does it contain?
- Isle of Man was designed by Tony Boydell.
- He approached us about the new expansion he had been working on.
- It contains: about 30 cards, 3 Sun discs, 3 Rain discs, 3 Fog discs, 1 Excavation rate marker, 1 Lay Track rate marker
- MSRP is $18
The expansion will be completely compatible with the Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set. All included wooden components will be of the same style and quality as those included with the Deluxe Master Set. Yes, this means they will be printed to match existing components.
The Isle of Man route is divided into a North and a South branch, each affected by its own Weather track and Work Rate track. Yes, you read that right! The scenario features two completely separate Weather tracks, each affecting different Work Rate markers. Isle of Man also changes the Event track slightly, by removing two Events. Additionally, it will make use of the Deluxe Flower and Water tokens you already have. The position of your Surveyor will determine along which line you can Excavate, Build, or Lay Track. Further, large Station spaces can only be built as long as your Surveyor is present at that Station! Flowers and Water tokens are worth victory points at the end of the game. Oh, and did we mention there are Ships? Ships are like Trains, but better! You can own more than one Ship at the same time and Ships are not affected by Train Maintenance. But of course Isle of Man will also add more Trains to the mix. There may even be a surprise Train in there somewhere!
Hopefully you are as excited about Isle of Man as we are! When Tony approached us about it, asking if it would be possible to produce with the same Deluxe components as the Deluxe Master Set ... of course we said yes!
