Fulfillment status. Rules.

Ladies & Gentlemen,
As of last week, fulfillment of Isle of Man and fix pack has been completed, with the exception of countries to which the post cannot ship to on the account of the COVID pandemic. The list of these countries is at the end of this update. Please be aware that packages have been sent priority untracked, and should arrive within 30 days.

As of today, no shipping service is available from Poland to these countries. We have placed all these packages on hold, waiting for the post to reopen service to these countries.
Fulfillment update

Ladies & Gents,
As of today, all packages to destinations outside Europe have been packed and shipped. We apologize this took longer than expected, our fulfillment center needed more time that we assumed to deal with the packing process.
Packages to Europe will be ready and shipped out in the next 2-3 days, and we're quite confident that by the end of the week everything will be shipped out.
Most (99% + ) of packages have been sent using the Polish post, as priority letters, which do not come with a tracking number, however transit times to most places in the world should be up to 30 days.

Fulfillment for Isle of Man + fix pack to start next week

Ladies & Gents,
This will be a quick update: the fulfillment process starts next week. Our fulfillment center will first pack and ship orders to locations far from Poland (USA, Australia, Canada especially) and with longer transit times, moving progressively to destinations in our proximity. We expect all packages to be on their way in 2 weeks from the start date.
As fulfillment begins we will come back with another update.

Address updates for expansion + fix pack now possible for 7 days

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Those of you who ordered either an expansion + fix pack or the fix pack alone can now update your address, if it has changed since you moved or if will change until the end of the year.
To make such an update, please do the following:
- send an email to [email protected]
- with this subject line: Address change
- with your new and complete address, including post code and country
- with either your order number or your email listed under your order
We expect to receive a significant amount of such emails, and we have to process them in a short time, so please be aware that incomplete requests will simply be ignored.
If all goes well with customs (no physical check) we expect the pallets to reach our warehouse on 18-Aug and to start fulfillment in the next few days.
We're sending all packages using mostly the postal services, but these (as well as courier services) are affected by the COVID pandemic. This situation is in flux (for the past few weeks we were unable to ship to Australia, Malaysia or USA for example, but now Australia is OK, while New Zealand has been excluded) so we will let you know what is the situation as it happens. The list of "no shipping" countries changes all the time, so we're hoping that we'll find a window to ship to all of you.
As fulfillment commences we'll keep you updated.
